Recruiting Process Overview:
When you first receive a confirmation email from one of the recruiting officers, you will update your tag to reflect your trying out for the clan. [|?|-R]: After a period of 1 to 3 weeks, the clan will vote you in, out, or require more time to make a determination. The time it takes to get in depends on how much you play and give other clan members an opportunity to evaluate your attitude and least of all skill. If you are interested in being involved in League play you must first become a clan member and then go through an extended period of informal evaluation as you play with the clan determined by the clan leaders and those responsible for League play. Our members will further evaluate your attitude, teamwork, communication and least of all skill level to determine your eligibility for League play and an invitation will be issued based on your performance. (NOTE): ALL RECRUITS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Policies
Amnesia Gaming wants everyone who plays on our server to have the best experience possible. To ensure a pleasant experience, we have set certain rules for everyone to abide by. We try to be lenient with everyone and not rule our servers so severely to impede everyone’s fun. Our admins want to enjoy the game as much as any player and not spend their time issuing warnings or administrating “kicks” and bans. However, all admins will enforce the rules as warranted and the serious infractions will be dealt with swiftly. By logging on our servers, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Racist & Anti-Semitism Behavior – We have a Zero Tolerance on this type of behavior. A permanent ban will be issued and strictly enforced. Please do not even try to appeal if you are caught exhibiting this type of behavior.

Offensive & Abusive Behavior – Players caught exhibiting offensive or abusive behavior towards other players and or clan members will be given up to two written warnings from admins or, depending on the behavior, immediately “kicked” from the server. If deemed severe enough, a 24-hour or permanent ban from the server could be enforced.

Cheating – If you are caught cheating you will be immediately and permanently banned from our servers. No effort would be expended in any appeal process for cheaters.

Excessive Team Killing (TK’s) – Excessive and deliberate TK’s are not tolerated. Our admins will issue 1 written warning and then issue a 24-hour ban to anyone caught TK’ing. Occasional and accidental TK’s are an unfortunate part of the game. If you accidentally TK player, please state your apologies and play on.

Outside Clan Recruiting – Members of clans other than Amnesia Gaming are not to recruit while playing on our servers. This activity is disrespectful and will result in you immediately being “kicked” from the server. We do not recruit on other clan’s servers and expect the same respect.

Failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions, will result in the following actions:
1.) Depending on the severity of the infraction, up to two written warnings from our admins.
2.) Immediate disconnection (“kicked”) from the server.
3.) A 24-hour banning from the server.
4.) Permanent ban from our servers.
5.) Permanent ban from our servers and the player’s information forwarded to other clans that we have close ties with and ask that they ban you from their servers, too.
Amnesias admins are required to report all instances of “kicking” and banning in our Forums. This alerts all other admins of players to watch and provides a record for us to review. If you feel like you were unjustly punished or the punishment too severe, you are welcome to post your appeal in our Forums. We will review request and reply to it after reviewing your complaint.
